A Civil Engineer and MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution, pursuing his Doctorate in Finance management, he has more than 34 years of rich experience in handling both national and international projects. He has played a key role in delivering Residential Condominium Project at Singapore and was associated partly in the construction of Changi Airport, Singapore. In India he was heading a leading developer company in delivering landmark projects like Shriram the Gateway, Park 63, Shriram Shankari, Shriram One City etc of approx. 10 million Sqft of Area in terms of multi-story residential development, IT/ITeS development, Mall, Group Development, Villas etc. He has headed the property management team of more than 3 million Sqft. He has played a key role in Project Merger and acquisition deal with a transaction worth $350 Million (Rs. 2,300 Cr).

Radha D Pratik , an Architect by profession and a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the renowned Project Management Institute (PMI) from USA. Also completed her “Advance Construction Management” from NICMAR. Throughout the career path she has been a part of companies such as H&R Johnson (I) Ltd, MARG Properties and Shriram Properties. She has handled various projects starting from Technical Feasibility, Design Development, Statutory Coordination, Project Execution and Monitoring. She has handled several Projects starting from Layout Development, Individual Villa, Low Rise Group Development, High Rise Multistory Residential Development, Commercial Mall Development and Office Buildings. Interior Designing is her Passion and has successfully delivered Residential and commercial Projects.
